Congratulations, you have decided on the lab you will do your thesis research in.
The IGG Wellness and Mentoring Committee, in collaboration with the Faculty and Student Executive Committees, has created an IGG Mentor-Mentee Relationship agreement. This is related to the guidelines provided by AAMC for aligning expectations between faculty and students (document below). Students and their Faculty PI should discuss the specific points on the second page and return a copy of the signed agreement to the graduate coordinator. It is not intended to be a contract, but to facilitate discussion between the faculty and student.
